Land of the rising sun

The whole family is off to Japan, including my great nephew. We’re going for two weeks and a wedding. First stop is Nagoya, then Mount Fuji, Kyoto, Osaka and Hiroshima.
It’s all a bit of an unknown. None of us speak Japanese and the last time mum and dad flew, the plane had propellers and the airport was a collection of nissan huts.
That’s all for now. We have a plane to catch. We’ll post stories and add photos to the gallery throughout our stay. So check back now and again.
